Provided is a portable ultrasound device comprising: a sampling unit configured to directly extract a real number component signal and an imaginary number component signal from an ultrasound signal using a sampling frequency； a memory configured to store the real number component signal and the imaginary number component signal, outputting the stored real number component signal and the stored imaginary number component signal in accordance with a first time delay； an interpolation unit configured to interpolate the real number component signal and the imaginary number component signal outputted from the memory； and a phase rotator configured to apply a second time delay to the interpolated real number component signal and the interpolated imaginary number component signal.
