Für Anwendungen wie beispielsweise in der Pharmaindustrie werden hohe Anforderungen an eine sterile und keimfreie Umgebung gestellt. Daher finden derartige Anwendungen in beispielsweise zu dekontaminierende Isolatoren statt. Vor der Anwendung muss der Dekontaminierungsprozess validiert werden. Bei bekannten Validierungsprozessen kann nicht zuverlässig festgestellt werden, ob der Isolator ausreichend dekontaminiert wurde. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zu schaffen, durch das die Dekontaminierung eines Raumes bzw. eines Isolators auf eine gründliche und zuverlässige Art und Weise erfolgt. Dazu wird für mindestens einen Dekontaminierungssschritt (17, 18, 19, 20, 21) mindestens ein Referenzwert (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) für eine Wasserstoffperoxidkonzentration festgelegt und die Dekontaminierung des zu dekontaminierenden Raumes bzw. Isolators nur validiert, wenn die während des mindestens einen Schritts (17, 18, 19, 20, 21) gemessene Wasserstoffperoxidkonzentration wenigstens einem Referenzwert (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) entspricht.For applications such as in the pharmaceutical industry for example, strict demands are imposed in respect of a sterile and aseptic environment.
