PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions which can be used regularly for diet and beauty, and the like and in which regulation of ingested nutrient and improvement of metabolism are compatible.SOLUTION: The object can be solved by a composition containing specific components, such as saponarin, fruits processed products, sugar alcohol, and oligosaccharide.
