The water gate is installed on a drainage way(10) and opens and closes the drainage way. One end of the fishway body is rotatably installed on the top of the water gate, and the other end has a roller. The vegetation unit is formed on the fishway body and has a water flow resisting member and a vegetation mat. The water flow resisting member has an inner space having holes in which water passes through.
