The present invention relates to a continuous fermentation device that can ferment objects continuously fed thereinto while conveying the objects. The present invention provides the continuous fermentation device comprising a plurality of fermentation modules, each including: a conveyor belt that carries objects to be fermented from one side to the opposite side thereof, the objects being continuously fed to the one side of the conveyor belt； an agitator located above the conveyor belt； and an air diffuser located on one side of the conveyor belt, wherein the continuously fed objects to be fermented are fermented and continuously discharged through the fermentation modules. According to the present invention, feeding and fermenting materials and discharging the fermented materials are continuously performed so that it is possible to remarkably reduce the process time, thereby decreasing the operating time of the production process.
