The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a disease by decomposing a novel p62 ligand, an autotech chimeric compound, a stereoisomer, a solvate, a hydrate or a prodrug thereof, and a target protein comprising the same as an active ingredient. With regard to red or food compositions, not only can target specific proteins to be adjusted in concentration, but also drugs and other small molecule compounds can be delivered to lysosomes. The autotack chimeric compound according to the present invention can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating various diseases by selectively removing specific proteins.본 발명은 신규한 p62 리간드와 타겟결합리간드와 링커로 연결된 오토텍 키메라 화합물, 이의 입체 이성질체, 용매화물, 수화물 또는 프로드럭, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 표적 단백질을 분해함으로서 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 또는 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특정 단백질을 표적해서 농도를 조절할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 약물 및 기타 저분자 화합물을 리소좀에 전달할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 오토택 키메라화합물은 특정 단백질들을 선택적으로 제거함에 따라 다양한 질환의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
