Disclosed are a device and a method of fixing and shortening intestine in endoscopy, capable of easily moving an endoscope in intestine by installing the device to the existing endoscope to fix the wall of the intestine, and performing monitoring and surgery of only a part which is difficult to monitor by an existing endoscopic machine. The device and the method can improve the shortening efficiency of intestine compared to an existing endoscopy, reduces inspection time, and releases the inconvenience of a patient. And, because an endoscope used for a patient can be reused, the convenience of an operator is improved. Because a separate endoscope is not required, costs can be reduced.
