The surface characteristics of the cell culture substrate obtained with the arrangement of the spherical fine particles satisfy the following: surface roughness(Rq)<;=0.13D(average particle diameter of the fine particles). The average particle diameter of the fine particles is in the range of 250 nanometers-10 micrometers. The average particle diameter of the fine particles is in the range of 300 nanometers-3 micrometers.
