PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion inhibition peracetic acid formulation having high disinfection and sterilization force, excellent in environment and capable of suppressing generation of corrosion to metals, especially iron, and an adjustment method thereof.SOLUTION: The corrosion inhibition peracetic acid formulation is a peracetic acid used liquid obtained by adding a diluent to a general purpose peracetic acid raw material, having concentration of peracetic acid of 10 ppm to 5000 ppm based on total amount, and capable of sufficiently suppressing generation of rust on metals, especially iron and having conventional bactericidal activity of the peracetic acid formulation, environmentally friendly properties and economical efficiency by controlling chlorine content in a range of 0 to 4 ppm other than peroxide, acetic acid and peracetic acid which are original composition of the peracetic acid formulation.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、高い殺菌・除菌力を有し、環境に優しい、かつ金属特に鉄への腐食の発生を抑えることができる腐食抑制過酢酸製剤と、その調整方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】本発明の腐食抑制過酢酸製剤は、汎用過酢酸原液に希釈液を添加し得た過酢酸使用液であり、全量に対して、過酢酸の濃度が１０ｐｐｍ～５０００ｐｐｍであり、過酢酸製剤の元の組成である過酸化水素、酢酸及び過酢酸以外に、塩素含有量を０～４ｐｐｍの範囲内に制御することによって、金属特に鉄に対して、十分な錆の発生を抑制でき、且つ従来どおりの過酢酸製剤の殺菌力、環境への優しい特性及び経済性を有している。【選択図】なし
