The present invention provides a plasma source of a large area, which is suitable for treatment of a cut or burn, and a unit capable of performing even plasma discharge in the plasma source of a large area. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the plasma source of the large area includes: an electrode panel of a large area, having a dielectric covering an electrode, wherein the electrode having multiple discharge points is formed on a substrate； an output panel arranged on one side of the electrode panel to be spaced from the electrode panel and including an air barrier individually formed at both ends facing each other on the electrode panel, wherein multiple blow holes are formed on the output panel； and a slit nozzle module consistently supplying gas between the electrode panel and the output panel and assembled to an end of the output panel and the electrode panel without the air barrier so that gas is collected in the space formed at intervals between the panels.본 발명의 목적은 창상 또는 화상 치료에 적합한 대면적 플라즈마 소스를 제공하고, 그러한 대면적 플라즈마 소스에서 균일한 플라즈마 방전이 일어날 수 있는 수단을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 상기 목적에 따라 본 발명은 기판에 다수의 방전점을 구비한 전극이 형성되고 전극을 덮는 유전체가 형성된 대면적의 전극 패널과 상기 전극 패널의 일면에 전극 패널과 이격되게 배치되며, 전극 패널의 대향하는 양 단부에 각각 형성된 에어 배리어를 지니고, 다수의 기공이 형성된 출력 패널과, 상기 전극 패널과 출력 패널 사이에 지속적으로 가스를 공급하며, 가스가 상기 패널 간 간격으로 형성된 공간에 가두어지도록 상기 에어 배리어가 없는 쪽의 전극 패널 및 출력 패널의 단부에 조립되는 슬릿 노즐 모듈을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 대면적 플라즈마 소스를 제공한다.
