The present invention relates to a production method of microstructure. The production method of microstructure according to the present invention includes the steps of: preparing a sheet for manufacturing a patch in which a microstructure is to be formed； providing the sheet for manufacturing a patch on a substrate； discharging a viscous composition on the sheet for manufacturing a patch provided on the substrate； stretching the viscous composition to form a microstructure； blowing to dry the stretched microstructure； and cutting the dried microstructure. On the other hand, the present invention further comprises an additional step for delaying the natural drying time of the discharged viscous composition.본 발명은 마이크로 구조체 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 마이크로 구조체 생산방법은 마이크로 구조체가 형성될 패취 제조용 시트를 준비하는 단계와； 패취 제조용 시트를 기판 위에 제공하는 단계와； 기판 위에 제공된 패취 제조용 시트 위에 점성조성물을 토출하는 단계와； 점성조성물을 인장하여 마이크로 구조체를 형성하는 단계와； 송풍을 실시하여 인장된 마이크로 구조체를 건조하는 단계와； 건조된 마이크로 구조체를 절단하는 단계를 포함한다. 한편, 토출된 점성조성물의 자연 건조 시간을 지연하기 위한 추가적인 단계를 더 포함한다.
