PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint supporter capable of reducing wearers fatigue by improving stability of a knee joint and reducing load to a patellar tendon.SOLUTION: The knee joint supporter 10 includes: a knee cap corresponding portion 4 corresponding to the knee cap a supporter portion 5 coupled to a first anchor portion 2 from the lower part of the knee cap corresponding section 4 through a portion corresponding to a medial collateral ligament and a radial collateral ligament an upper assisting section 6 to be coupled to the supporting portion 5 from the first anchor portion 2 through the periphery of the knee cap corresponding portion 4 and a lower assisting portion 7 for coupling the supporting portion 5 to the second anchor portion 3.
