The medical laser apparatus comprises: a laser oscillator for generating light energy and outputting the light energy in frontward； a fiber coupling control guide arranged in front of the laser oscillator； a plurality of optical apertures arranged to be spaced from each other； an optical fiber in which one side is connected to each of the optical apertures so as to transfer the light energy to the other side； and a laser irradiating unit connected to the other side of the optical fiber.
