PURPOSE: An antifungal material which is produced from Dacryopinax sp. FB(deposit number KCCM 11084P) is provided to strongly suppress various fungi and to be used in pharmaceutical products, foods, and agrochemicals. CONSTITUTION: Dacryopinax sp. FB has an antifungal activity. The strain has a base sequence of sequence number 1. An antifungal composition contains a culture extract of the strain as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, methanol, and water. A method for preparing an antifungal composition comprises: a step of culturing the strain； a step of dissolving the culture in the solvent and extracting； and a step of formulating the extract.본 발명은 항진균 물질을 생산하는 신규 미생물 다크리오피낙스 종 FB (Dacryopinax sp. FB) (수탁번호: KCCM 11084P) 균주에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 다크리오피낙스 종 FB (Dacryopinax sp. FB) (수탁번호: KCCM 11084P) 균주 배양체 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항진균 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 균주의 배양체 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 진균 감염의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물, 세정제 또는 보존제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 미생물 다크리오피낙스 종 FB (Dacryopinax sp. FB) (수탁번호: KCCM 11084P) 균주생산 항진균 물질은 다양한 곰팡이균 대하여 강한 생장 저해 활성을 보여, 항진균 제제로 약품, 식품 및 농약 분야에서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
