PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic having excellent correcting effects on frizz, waviness correcting effects on hair and coherency of hair even without using a perming agent in combination.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises (A) at least one kind of organic acid or a salt thereof selected from an organic acid group and (B) at least one kind of organic acid or a salt thereof selected from an organic acid group. (A) At least the one kind of the organic acid or salt thereof is selected from the organic acid group consisting of a benzoic acid derivative, a 2-furancarboxylic acid derivative, an &alpha-ketocarboxylic acid derivative, a 5-11C olefinsulfonic acid derivative, a benzenesulfonic acid derivative, a 4-12C alkanesulfonic acid derivative, a 4-10C alcohol sulfate derivative, 10-camphorsulfonic acid, inositol phosphate and an amino acid and a salt thereof.
