ADHESIVE SYSTEM APPLICABLE IN RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY IN COMBINATION WITH MATERIALS BELONGING TO THE CLASSES OF GIOMERS, COMPOSITES AND IONOMER CEMENTS WHICH ARE LIGHT-.POLYMERIZABLE
The invention relates to an adhesive system to be used in restorative dentistry. According to the invention, the system comprises a phosphoric acid etching agent, a light-polymerizable primer based on a binary acrylic acid/itaconic acid copolymer in a molar ratio of 8:1, grafted with methacrylic groups and/or a ternary polymer based on acrylic acid, itaconic acid and N-acryloyl leucine, in a molar ratio of 4:1:1, modified with methacrylic groups, and a bonding composition based on a hybrid filler consisting of fluoroapatite and bioactive glass, as well as an organic matrix.Invenţia se referă la un sistem adeziv cu utilizare în stomatologia restaurativă. Sistemul conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-un agent de gravare pe bază de acid fosforic, un primer fotopolimerizabil pe bază de copolimer binar acid acrilic/acid itaconic în raport molar 8:1, grefat cu grupări metacrilice şi/sau polimer ternar pe bază de acid acrilic, acid itaconic şi N-acriloil leucină, în raport molar 4:1:1, modificat cu grupări metacrilice, şi o compoziţie de bonding pe bază de umplutură hibridă, constituită din fluorapatită şi sticlă bioactivă, precum şi o matrice organică.
