The patient support device includes an inflatable mattress for supporting a patient and an air supply for supplying air to the inflatable mattress. A control system controls the air supply and the inflatable mattress to provide a therapeutic function. The control system can be configured to allow a user to use a subset of treatment functions. A control panel including controls for therapeutic functions is provided. A replaceable bezel covers the control panel and provides access to controls for available treatment functions and hides controls for unavailable treatment functions.
