A nasal respiratory mask is disclosed for use with a patient. The mask comprises a flexible cushion (12) arranged to interface with and deliver air to the patient&rsquo；s nose and a tube connection (18). A rigid support structure (14) adjacent to the cushion (12) allows the cushion to pivot about a pivot axis (PA). The mask may include features for engagement between the cushion (12) and support structure (14) to maintain the relative position of the cushion (12). The support structure (14) attaches to headgear to hold the mask to a patients face.
