A system is provided that automates the process of recording and reporting results from many different clinical testing devices and instruments. The system includes inspection equipment, which inspects and analyzes the results of the test verification, converts the results into a digital data set that can be stored in the computing device and processed by the computing device. Also included is a means for securing examination data, including data encryption and patient unspecification. Inspection data from the test equipment is stored and organized in one or more databases located on one or more servers that can be accessed and queried by authorized users from remote locations.
