PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively dampen vibration of an engine supported in an inclined posture or in a lateral posture by a simple structure and thereby to facilitate to reduce the vibration transmitted to an engine mounting frame.SOLUTION: An engine 21 is supported such that a cylinder axis L on the side of a cylinder head 21B with respect to a crankcase 21A is set in an inclined posture or in a lateral posture. An engine base member 53 is directly connected to one side of the crankcase 21A and the cylinder head 21B, and is connected to the other side thereof through a base side vibration-proof material 54.
