PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxane-containing amphiphilic block copolymer micelle composition having improved stability, in an effort to solve the above-described problems associated with the related art.SOLUTION: A taxane-containing amphiphilic block copolymer micelle composition includes taxane, an amphiphilic block copolymer containing a hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block, and an osmolality adjusting agent. Also described is a method for preparing the same composition. The composition has excellent stability, so that it can prevent rapid release of a drug and can improve a pharmacological effect. Additionally, the method enables highly efficient preparation of the composition.【課題】関連技術と関連した上述の課題を解決するための努力において、安定性を向上させたタキサン含有両親媒性ブロック共重合体ミセル組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】タキサンと、親水性ブロックと疎水性ブロックとを含む両親媒性ブロック共重合体と、及びオスモル濃度調節剤とを含むタキサン含有両親媒性ブロック共重合体ミセル組成物及びその製造方法が開示される。上記組成物は、優れた安定性によって薬物が短時間で放出されることを抑えることができ、薬理効果を向上させることができる。また、上記製造方法によって上記組成物の効率的な製造が可能である。【選択図】なし
