PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a hand-rolled packaged food, automatizing operation of packaging a food material with a conic cylindrical wrapping material so as to apply for mass production.SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for producing the hand-rolled packaged food comprises filling a food material P in a wrapping material S which is formed in a bag-like shape by rolling in a conic cylindrical form, and forming an ingredient hole H in the food material P. The apparatus 1 has a food material supply part 2, a food material forming turn table T1, a hand-roll forming turn table T2, and a discharge conveyor part 3 which are each arranged on a work stand L. The food material forming turn table T1 is arranged with a food material forming part 4 which push-molds the food material P in a conic cylindrical form, and a food material extruding part 7 which transports the food material P to the wrapping material S from the position of the food material forming turn table T1 to the position of the hand-roll forming turn table T2.
