The invention relates to a stable, preservative free, aqueous shampoo compositions of terbinafine hydrochloride and zinc pyrithione, the compositions comprising one or more solubilizers, one or more surfactants and one or more foaming agents, one or more thickening agents. Methods of preparing such compositions are also provided. The present invention further relates to use of terbinafine hydrochloride and zinc pyrithione shampoo compositions for the treatment and prevention of itching, flaking, and scaling of the scalp caused by dandruff or seborrhea.L'invention concerne une composition de shampooing aqueuse stable, sans conservateur, de chlorhydrate de terbinafine et de pyrithione de zinc, les compositions comprenant un ou plusieurs agents solubilisants, un ou plusieurs tensioactifs et un ou plusieurs agents moussants, un ou plusieurs agents épaississants. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation desdites compositions. La présente invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de compositions de shampooing de chlorhydrate de terbinafine et de pyrithione de zinc pour le traitement et la prévention de démangeaisons, d'écaillage et de desquamation du cuir chevelu provoquées par les pellicules ou la séborrhée.
