The present invention provides a tongue separation device which can minimize damage to tongue tissue and oral mucosa during treatment by separating and fixing the tongue in one direction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tongue separation device comprises: a body part inserted into the mouth, and fixing the tongue in a state that the tongue is pushed in one direction； and a support part located at one end part of the body part, and supporting the body part from the outside of the mouth. The body part includes a convex surface which is convex to the longitudinal direction of the body part and a concave surface which is connected to the convex surface. The concave surface has a first slope with respect to the longitudinal direction of the body part.본 발명의 일 실시예는, 구강에 삽입되어 일 방향으로 혀를 민 상태에서 상기 혀를 고정시키는 바디부； 및 상기 바디부의 일단부에 배치되며 상기 구강의 외부에서 상기 바디부를 지지하는 지지부；를 포함하고, 상기 바디부는 상기 바디부의 길이 방향에 대하여 볼록한 볼록면 및 상기 볼록면과 연결된 오목면을 포함하며, 상기 오목면은 상기 바디부의 길이 방향에 대하여 제1 기울기를 갖는, 혀 이격 장치를 제공한다.
