By having a plurality of eel inlets using at least two tubes, an eel introduced through a tube inlet makes an eel, introduced through the tube sealed, restrained by a restraining stopper at one side installed on a side of an outlet, thereby continuously capturing the eel.2개 이상의 통관을 이용하여 여러 개의 장어 입구를 만들어 통관입구로 들어온 장어는 출구 측에 설치한 한 쪽 단속 마개를 이용하여 밀폐된 통관으로 들어온 장어를 구속시켜 장어를 연속적으로 잡을 수 있도록 하였다.
