The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory composition using an extract of an immature fruit of Litsea japonica or a compound separated therefrom and, specifically, to an anti-inflammatory composition using an extract of an immature fruit of Litsea japonica having inhibiting activation of NO generation, inhibiting activation of PGE2 generation, and inhibiting activation of generation of inflammatory cytokines, and a compound separated therefrom such as Litsenolide B2 and Litsenolide C2.본 발명은 까마귀쪽나무 미성숙과 추출물 또는 이로부터 분리된 화합물을 이용한 항염증용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 NO 생성 억제 활성, PGE2의 생성 억제 활성 및 염증성 사이토카인의 생성 억제 활성을 가지는 까마귀쪽나무 미성숙과 추출물 및 이로부터 분리된 화합물인 리트세놀라이드 B2(Litsenolide B2) 및 리트세놀라이드 C2(Litsenolide C2)을 이용한 항염증용 조성물을 개시한다.
