PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper for an excrement disposal which covers the waist part and the private parts by means of a waist surrounding section and a folded covering section and which has a zipper extending from a hole at the center to the middle of the folded covering section that enables another excrement disposal body for arranging on the crotch part of a patient to be arranged on the crotch part of the patient while the patient still wears a diaper for an excrement disposal, and also to provide an automatic excrement disposal apparatus using the diaper for an excrement disposal.SOLUTION: The diaper for excrement disposal includes the almost triangular waist surrounding section having a wide top end part formed to surround the waist, the hole at the center formed so that the hole fits an installation hole formed in a bed, the folded covering section formed to be folded freely, and the zipper formed on an almost center line of the folded covering section and opened and closed in the right and left directions from the center.
