Provided is an excretory fluid detection device in which an electrical connector to be connected electrically to an excretory fluid detection sensor is not uncomfortable to a user, and the occurrence of skin problems can be prevented. An excretory fluid receiver (3) for attaching to a suitable chassis is provided. The receiver has an excretory fluid detection sensor (41), and one end (46) of the sensor projects to the outside from the lower surface of the receiver. An electrical connector is detachably and electrically connected to one projecting end of the sensor.
