This invention is to provide a method of using polymer material to cover propolis flavonoid micrometer powders, in which a Soxhlet extraction method is used to extract flavonoid powder particles from propolis powders and then a supercritical fluid anti-dissolving precipitation method is employed to use polymer material to cover the surface of the flavonoid powder particles, so as to form a polymer/flavonoid coprecipitate. With the Soxhlet extraction method to extract the propolis powders, the greatest amount of extracted flavonoid can be obtained. Furthermore, polymer/flavonoid material feeding solution is employed to cover the surface of the flavonoid powder particles with the polymer material through the supercritical fluid anti-dissolving precipitation method, so as to block the odor of the flavonoid powder particles and isolate the covered objects from the outside environment, thereby possessing the features of high stability, oxidization prevention, controllable release, easy storage and convenient packing. As a result, for the polymer/flavonoid composite coprecipitate produced, the drug-loading rate of the flavonoid is 50% and the dissolving speed is increased three times in comparison with the flavonoid power particles not covered by polymer.一種高分子材料包覆蜂膠類黃酮微米粉體之方法,以索氏萃取法從蜂膠粉體中提取類黃酮粉粒體,再以超臨界流體抗溶沈澱法將高分子材料包覆類黃酮粉粒體表面,成為高分子/類黃酮共沈澱物。通過索氏萃取法萃取蜂膠粉體,可獲得最大的類黃酮萃取量。以高分子/類黃酮進料溶液經由超界流體抗溶沈澱法,將高分子材料包覆於類黃酮粉粒體表面,阻隔其氣味,並使被包覆物與外界環境隔絕,安定、避免氧化、控制釋放、易儲存及方便包裝的特性;製得高分子/類黃酮複合共沈澱物,類黃酮載藥量為50%,且溶解速度較未包覆高分子之類黃酮粉粒體提昇3倍。
