PURPOSE: An ice cream dispenser including an automatic sterilization circuit is provided to enable users to simply sterilize ice cream ingredients stored in a mixing tank and an ice cream stirring cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An ice cream dispenser including an automatic sterilization circuit comprises the following: a condenser(110) condensing high temperature and high pressure coolant refrigerant gas discharged from a compressor(100)； an evaporator coil(40) cooling ice cream ingredients by evaporating refrigerant liquid discharged from the condenser； a liquid separator(102) collecting the refrigerant passed through the evaporator coil, and transferring the refrigerant to the compressor using a suction pipe(255) after separating the gas and liquid； a 4-way valve(300) connected to a discharging pipe(210) of the compressor； and a compressor inlet pipe, an evaporator discharge pipe(240), and a liquid separator inlet pipe(250) connected to other ports on the 4-way valve.본 발명은 자동 살균 회로를 구비하는 아이스크림 분배기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아이스크림 분배기는, 아이스크림 원료를 보관하는 혼합탱크(10)； 혼합탱크(10)로부터 아이스 크림 원료를 공급받아 공기와 혼합되도록 교반 하면서 투출 레버 쪽으로 이송하는 교반 실린더(20)； 냉매가스를 압축하는 압축기(100)； 압축기(100)에서 나온 냉매가스를 응축하는 응축기(110)； 교반 실린더(20), 또는 교반 실린더(20) 및 혼합탱크(10)에 설치되어 응축기(110)에서 나온 냉매액이 증발함에 따라 아이스크림 원료를 냉각하는 증발기 코일(40)； 증발기 코일(40)을 통과한 냉매를 회수하여 기/액 분리하는 액분리기(102)를 포함하고, 상기 압축기(100)의 토출배관(210) 상에 4방 밸브(300)를 접속하고, 상기 4방 밸브(300)의 나머지 3개의 접속구에, 응축기 인입배관(220), 증발기 토출배관(240), 액분리기 인입배관(250)을 접속하며, 응축기 인입배관(220) 상에 체크밸브(310)를 설치하고, 응축기 토출배관(230) 상에 개폐 밸브(120)와 모세관(130)을 설치하며, 상기 모세관(130)과 증발기 코일(40) 사이에서 회수관(260)을 분기하여 4방 밸브(300)와 체크밸브(310) 사이의 응축기 인입배관(220)에 접속하고, 상기 증발기 코일(40)로부터 응축기 인입배관(220)에 이르는 회수관(260)에 순차적으로 개폐 밸브(140)와 체크밸브(150)를 설치한 구성으로 이루어진다.
