<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a three-dimensional gather from falling down, improve its fit, and also prevent a leakage or exudation by quickly inducing a body fluid into an absorber without making the body fluid flow in a longitudinal direction of an absorbent article in the three-dimensional gather. <；P>；SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 includes the absorber 4 provided between a liquid-permeable top sheet 3 and a back sheet 2, and the three-dimensional gather BS provided on both sides of the upper surface thereof, respectively.
