PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic device and a medical image processing device that allow a designation operation to be performed easily.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device includes an extraction part, a setting part, a presentation part, a reception part, and an acquisition part. The extraction part extracts a core line of an object region in a medical image collected from a subject. The setting part sets feature points in the object region based on the core line and the contour of the object region. The presentation part presents identification information for identifying each position for each of the set feature points. The reception part receives non-contact input for selecting predetermined identification information from a plurality of pieces of identification information presented in the medical image.
