PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for establishing an electric stimulation protocol and each portable electric stimulation apparatus using the protocol.SOLUTION: A portable electric stimulation apparatus consists of a bandage 1 including a central electronic module 2 and two side face flaps 3. The side face flaps include respective electrodes covered with a gell layer, and the central electronic module 2 stores inner components of the apparatus, an electric circuit, and a power supply battery therefor, the power supply battery being a coin type lithium ion battery.
