PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing cylinder capable of performing threshing processing smoothly while reducing harvest loss even when threshed grain culms are long or wet.SOLUTION: The threshing cylinder is formed with protrusions 114 and recesses 115 alternately along a shaft center of a threshing cylinder shaft 12 on an outer peripheral surface of a rotation body 61 supported by the threshing cylinder shaft 12, and includes: first plate bodies 112 attached between and across adjacent protrusions 114 and each forming a recess 115 between the adjacent protrusions 114 and attachable/detachable second plate bodies 121 attached on the recesses 115. In another constitution, by attaching the second plate bodies 121 on the recesses 115, second recesses 115a having a smaller depth than the recesses 115 are formed.
