PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new combination of a known compound useful for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.SOLUTION: The invention relates to combined use of (a) a specific prostaglandin (PG) compound and (b) a H, K-ATPase inhibitor for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. Preferably, 13, 14-dihydro-15-keto-16, 16-difluoro-PGE1 is exemplified as the PG compound, and lansoprazole or omeprazole is exemplified as the ATPase inhibitor.【課題】胃腸障害の処置に有用な既知の化合物の新規な組合せの提供。【解決手段】(a)特定のプロスタグランジン(PG)化合物および(b)H+,K+-ATPase阻害剤を胃腸障害の処置のたに併用する。PG化合物として好ましくは、１３，１４-ジヒドロ-１５-ケト-１６，１６-ジフルオロ-ＰＧＥ1が、ATPase阻害剤としては、ランソプラゾールまたはオメプラゾールが例示される。【選択図】なし
