PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair capable of preventing a seated person to have discomfort due to heat to be generated from an awakening apparatus.SOLUTION: A chair with a leg includes: a cushion pan； a back pan； an awakening apparatus； and a holding cover 71 to be attached to the rear surface side of a resin plate arranged in the cushion pan or the back pan. The awakening apparatus awakens a seated person by having a respiration sensor to detect the physical signal of the seated person, a vibration device to apply a stimulation to the seated person, and a control device to control the vibration device.
