PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool temperature apparatus which can be easily attached to a portion containing a joint, such as a shoulder part, an elbow part or a knee part.SOLUTION: A cool temperature apparatus 10 has a structure in which an inner layer 20 and an outer layer 40 for releasing heat on the heat source part 30 to outdoor air are laminated with a heat source part 30 comprising plural peltier elements 32 therebetween. The cool temperature apparatus 10 is formed into a sheet structure which can be easily attached to a portion containing a joint such as a shoulder part, an elbow part or a knee part of a human body.
