Disclosed are benzodioxepins of formula (I) and the physiologically acceptablesalts and solvatesthereof, R1, R2, R3, R4, A, B, a, and b having the meanings indicated in claim1. Saidbenzodioxepins are ligands of the 5HT1A receptors and/or 5HT4 receptors whilegreatlyinhibiting serotonin reuptake. The inventive benzodioxepins can be used forthe treatment andprophylaxis of different diseases.
