The present invention discloses a poloxamer aqueous solution crystalline lens material with nano titanium dioxide particles. Under light irradiation, the poloxamer aqueous solution material is crosslinked together to provide a crystalline lens gel material. The refraction rate of the crystalline lens gel material is increased by adding the nano titanium dioxide particles.本發明揭示了一種具有奈米二氧化鈦粒子之光起始高分子水溶液,藉由光起始作用,使尾端改質之泊洛沙姆高分子交聯,以得到人工水晶體水膠材料。並且,藉由奈米二氧化鈦粒子以提高人工水晶體水膠材料之折射率。折射率可由1.35提升至1.42。
