The invention relates to a textile electrode with an electrically conductive surface incorporated by knitting, stitching or sewing on a flexible, washable, portable, reliable textile support which is easy to use and maintain, meant to be employed in medical recovery of persons suffering from neuromotor deficit caused by cerebrovascular strokes or multiple sclerosis, rheumatic diseases and other traumatisms. According to the invention, the electrode consists of: a. an orifice (4) which closes/opens by means of a clamping device (3), wherethrough a gel or a liquid with conductive electrical properties is introduced in a controlled manner into the electrode, using a small pump (5), with a view to ensure improved conductivity and good contact at the interface between the tissue (P) and the surface of the electrically conductive layer (E) of the electrode, the surface of which is made of elastic and non-elastic non-conductive textile yarns and metal-coated textile yarns or spun yarns of electrically conductive metal fibres b. an electrically conductive layer (E) made by knitting, stitching or sewing from electrically conductive textile yarns and elastic and non-elastic non-conductive yarns, incorporated in the textile support (ST) made of elastic and non-elastic non-conductive textile yarns, on which a part (3.1) of an electrically conductive clamping device (3) with the role of contact to a supply source is fixed and c. a non-absorbing layer (1) made of hydrophobic textile yarns or plastics, synthetic resins or synthetic rubber with very low permeability to water and air, for maintaining the internal humidity, fixed onto the textile support (ST) by sewing, stitching or gluing and by applying thereon a part (3.2) of an electrically conductive clamping device (3).Invenţia se referă la un electrod textil, cu suprafaţă electroconductivă încorporată prin tricotare, brodare sau coasere pe un suport textil, flexibil, lavabil, portabil, fiabil, uşor de utilizat şi întreţinut, u
