PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pumping device which does not require energy for pumping water, has freedom of installation, and is capable of pumping water to a sufficient height.SOLUTION: The water pumping device 1 includes a water pumping pipe 10 including a microtubule having through-holes with a substantially uniform inner diameter over the entire longitudinal length, and a filter 20 having a smaller mesh than the inner diameter of the through-holes of the microtubule.
