The invention relates to an ex vivo model for subcutaneous injection and relates to an in vitro method comprising the steps of i) immersing a skin explant in a liquid matrix capable of solidifying so that the upper face of the epidermis is not covered, which matrix is itself contained in an insert for cell culture the bottom of which consists of a porous membrane, and (ii) solidification of this matrix so as to imprison the submerged part of this skin explant, where the upper face of the epidermis is not covered, and to adhere this same matrix to the side walls and to the porous membrane of the insert, where the skin explant comprises a thickness of 'at least 5 mm hypodermis.L'invention est relative à un modèle ex vivo pour l'injection sous-cutanée et vise un procédé in vitro comprenant les étapes de i) immersion d'un explant de peau dans une matrice liquide apte à se solidifier de sorte que la face supérieure de l'épiderme ne soit pas recouverte, laquelle matrice est elle-même contenue dans un insert pour culture cellulaire dont le fond est constitué d'une membrane poreuse, et de (ii) solidification de cette matrice de sorte d'emprisonner la partie immergée de cet explant de peau, où la face supérieure de l'épiderme n'est pas recouverte, et de faire adhérer cette même matrice aux parois latérales et à la membrane poreuse de l'insert, où l'expiant de peau comprend une épaisseur d'au moins 5 mm d'hypoderme.
