PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomography apparatus and an X-ray CT system which allow a cradle shared among a plurality of examination rooms to be easily and efficiently utilized.SOLUTION: The X-ray computer tomography apparatus includes a cradle, a transportation unit, a management unit, and a control unit. The cradle has an X-ray tube, and an X-ray detector for detecting X-rays emitted from the X-ray tube. The transportation unit allows the cradle to travel among a plurality of examination rooms. The management unit manages an examination schedule in the plurality of examination rooms.
