SOLUTION: A counter of the dispensing device 1 is for counting the number of tablet sheets of a fractional sheet 900a. The counter includes a shape sensor 435 for detecting the shape of the fractional sheet 900a as the counter and a means for counting the number of the fractional sheet 900a based ON the output of the shape sensor 435.
