PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe massage apparatus used for massaging or strengthening leg muscles and the sole that can adjust a load according to an object site or an intended use purpose, and can be disassembled when transported or not used for space saving purposes.SOLUTION: A massage apparatus includes a pedestal, a side plate having a plurality of punched holes for adjusting and fixing the height, which is fixed to the pedestal roughly perpendicularly, a support plate for adjusting and fixing the height corresponding to the side plate, which is provided with a roller shaft receiving part in the upper part, and a roller shaft provided with a massage roller. The height of the roller shaft provided with the massage roller can be adjusted by the position of the support plate. A load can be adjusted according to an object site or an intended use purpose.
