The present invention relates to an infusion solution container complex in which an infusion solution discharging device having an inner stopper is provided. More specifically, an inner stopper is detachably provided at an end part, located in an infusion solution container, of an infusion solution discharging pipe of an infusion solution discharging device provided in the infusion solution container, and a three-way valve or drip chamber having a protrusion is mounted at an end part located outside of the infusion solution container, wherein the protrusion of the three-way valve or drip chamber pushes the inner stopper such that the inner stopper is removed toward the inside of the infusion solution container, and thus an infusion solution supply line is opened so as to allow supplying of the infusion solution.
