PURPOSE: A kimch storage box manufacturing method and a kimch storage box manufactured by the same are provided to obtain a beautiful appearance of a kimch storage box by forming a lacquer and charcoal coating layer on the outer surface and a lacquer coating layer on the inner surface of the kimch storage box. CONSTITUTION: A kimch storage box manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding natural lacquer extract of 5-15 weight% to a mixture of sawdust powder of 70-90 weight% and charcoal powder of 5-15 weight%, molding the mixture to obtain a box body(10) and a lid(20), coating a lacquer and charcoal powder layer(32) comprising natural lacquer extract of 80-90 weight% and charcoal powder of 10-20 weight% on the outer surface of the box body and the lid to a uniform thickness, spraying natural lacquer one or more times on the hardened lacquer and charcoal powder layer to form a natural lacquer layer(30), and forming an inner lacquer layer(34) comprising natural lacquer extract of 80-90 weight%, charcoal powder of 7-15 weight%, garlic powder of 2-5 weight%, and turmeric of 1-3 weight% on the inner surface of the box body and the lid.김치를 보관할 수 있는 보관함을 톱밥 분말, 숯 분말 및 참옻진액을 혼합하여 제작하고, 보관함 외주면에는 천연 옻층을 형성하고, 보관함의 내주면에는 천연 옻코팅층을 형성하여 외부로의 습기 및 잡균의 침입을 완벽하게 차단하여 김치의 숙성을 지연하여 김치의 맛과 영양을 양호하게 유지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 김치 보관함이 개시되어 있다. 톱밥분말 70~90 중량%, 숯 분말 5~15중량%를 혼합한 혼합물에 혼합물을 접착시키는 천연 옻액 5~15 중량%를 더 혼합한 다음 성형틀에 찍어 김치를 보관하는 보관함 본체와 보관함 본체의 상부에 결합되는 뚜껑체를 제조하는 단계； 제조된 보관함 본체와 뚜껑체 외주면에 천연 옻액80~90중량%와 숯 분말 10~20중량%을 혼합한 옻 및 숯분말층을 균일한 두께로 도포하고, 옻 및 숯분말층이 경화된 후, 경화된 옻 및 숯 분말층에 적어도 한번 이상 천연 옻을 분사하여 천연 옻층을 형성하는 단계； 및 제조된 보관함 본체와 뚜껑체의 내주면에는 천연 옻액 80~90중량%, 숯 분말 7~15중량%, 마늘분말 2~5중량%, 강황 분말 1~3중량%로 이루어진 내부옻층을 형성하는 단계로 구성된다.
