Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to provide a novel substance capable of efficiently multiplying stem cells while maintaining undifferentiated state, and to provide them as undifferentiated state preservatives or proliferation promoters of stem cells. It is another object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive wound healing agent having a wound healing action of the skin and being easily usable in the field of skin regeneration medicine or cosmetics, and also having high safety and low cost. The present invention relates to a stem cell undifferentiated state preservative or growth promoting agent or wound healing agent containing, as an active ingredient, one or a mixture of two or more kinds of fatty acid glycerides represented by the following general formula (I).
