The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bead-type therapeutic agent of chondrocyte. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a bead-type therapeutic agent of chondrocyte without a scaffold which comprises the steps of: a) dispensing chondrocyte and/or cell having cartilage differentiation potency into a 96-well deep well plate having a V-shaped bottom； b) centrifuging the plate； c) three-dimensionally culturing the plate in an incubator； and d) collecting a pellet from each well, thereby being able to easily and reliably prepare uniform, high-quality cartilage tissues in large quantities； and a bead-type therapeutic agent of chondrocyte without a scaffold prepared by the above method, which has effectiveness in repairing damage by simply being implanted into damaged cartilage by injection.본 발명은 구슬형 연골세포 치료제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, a) 연골세포 및/또는 연골분화능을 갖는 세포를 V자 모양 바닥을 갖는 96-웰 딥웰 플레이트(deep well plate)에 분주하는 단계； b) 상기 플레이트를 원심분리하는 단계； c) 상기 플레이트를 인큐베이터에서 삼차원 배양하는 단계； 및 d) 각각의 웰에서 펠렛들을 회수하는 단계를 포함함으로써, 균일한 양질의 연골조직을 쉽게 안정적으로 대량으로 제조할 수 있는 지지체 없는 구슬형 연골세포 치료제의 제조방법； 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 연골손상에 주입식으로 간편하게 이식되어 손상을 복구하는 유효성을 갖는 지지체 없는 구슬형 연골세포 치료제에 관한 것이다.
