PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an environmentally friendly feed for fish and shellfish that eliminates stress of which a beginner or a person who likes fishing feels during making the feed, and to provide the feed for fish and shellfish.SOLUTION: The method of producing the feed for fish bait which is threaded onto a fishing hook then used. The method includes: a first step of including the bait put on the fishing hook in a ball-shaped fish bait a second step of soaking the ball-shaped fish bait which includes the bait put on the fishing hook into an adhesion solution and a third step of attaching a fish gathering agent around the ball-shaped fish bait which is soaked in the adhesion solution.
